These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the Sintetic platform (https://sintetic.io), owned by BTSCOMET S.L., as well as the business data analysis services offered to its clients.

Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to any applicable regulations.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering or using the platform, the user declares that:

They have the legal capacity to contract and comply with these Terms.
They accept Sintetic’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
They will use the platform in accordance with the law, good faith, and ethical standards.

3. Registration and Access to the Platform

Access to Sintetic requires prior registration and the signing of a service agreement.
The user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
The user account is personal and non-transferable, and the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Services Provided

Sintetic provides the following services:

Business data analysis, including information on customers, products, services, and e-commerce.
Generation of predictive and strategic reports that help clients anticipate sales trends.
Visualization and reporting tools to support commercial decision-making.

Services are only provided after the signing of the corresponding service agreement, which defines the rights and obligations of both parties.

5. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

Not use the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable regulations.
Not introduce harmful software, viruses, or any content that could compromise the security of Sintetic or third parties.
Comply with the terms set forth in the contract signed with BTSCOMET S.L.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, software, logos, designs, algorithms, and content generated by Sintetic are the exclusive property of BTSCOMET S.L.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

All information and data provided by the client to Sintetic will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or in specific cases defined in the contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

BTSCOMET S.L. is not responsible for business decisions made by clients based on reports or analyses generated by Sintetic.
The platform is provided “as is,” and BTSCOMET S.L. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Modifications

BTSCOMET S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, notifying users through the platform or by email.

Continued use of Sintetic after notification implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish and European law.

Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain), unless otherwise required by consumer protection regulations.
